Our sales representative was the biggest reason we chose Shasta, he was very accommodating and made the process very easy for us. Sales processing expediter was always on top of things, he was great to work with. Construction customer service representative was fantastic, I received a call from her every day updating me on the status of my pool, if I had any questions she followed up with me immediately. Superintendent did everything well, he frequently made visits to my house to check on the progress of the pool, he was great. Orientation professional thoroughly explained everything and made it easy to understand. Shasta pools exceeded our expectations, a very pleasant experience.
