Sales professional Skip III made this process a whole lot easier than we thought it would be. He was honest and straight forward and made us comfortable with using Shasta as our pool builder. Construction customer service representative was great, her communication was great and made us feel comfortable with what was going on. Superintendent did an excellent job making sure that every phase was done correctly and was completed. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with no problem. Construction craftsmen all worked extremely hard, they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Orientation professional explained everything very well and made it easy to understand how each piece of equipment functions. Pool supply store professionals knew all the products very well, and did not force us to buy stuff that we didn't need. Shasta did an excellent job, the staff's knowledge, communication and customer service was outstanding. Our pool was constructed and finished in 26 days, which I still cannot believe, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a pool.
