Sales professional was very knowledgeable, he was the biggest reason we went with Shasta as well as the warranty. Sales processing expediter was very likeable and easy to work with. Construction customer service representative was always available on the phone for questions and handled everything very promptly. Also very friendly and professional. Construction craftsmen were very courteous and left things clean. Orientation professional explained any question we had and knew what she was doing. We have referred Shasta several times and will continue to do so, this is our second Shasta pool and both were pleasant experiences.
