Construction customer service representative was a pleasure to work with. Superintendent was helpful in identifying anything that needed more attention or rework during the entire process. Construction craftsmen were very polite, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves. Having an orientation professional explain everything rather than reading a manual was nice. Pool supplies store professionals were nice enough to offer free water testing services and a detailed explanation on the chemicals. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying a Shasta pool, it was a positive experience.
