Sales professional was very helpful and answered all our questions, he listened to everything we said and designed a pool that was just right for us. Sales processing expediter was very professional and kept us informed as did the construction customer service representative. Superintendent took a personal interest in our pool from the beginning and spent time getting to know us. He was very competent and professional. Construction craftsmen always arrived when scheduled and were properly equipped and ready to work. Everyone knew their job and worked together as a team. Orientation professional took his time and didn't rush us. He answered all our questions and did not confuse us. Pool supply store professionals were always eager to help, I liked the print out they gave me that shows the condition of my water and what I need to do to correct anything. We were very pleased with the pool and the quality of the materials and workmanship. The whole experience was beyond our expectations.
