We chose Shasta because of their number of years in business. Our sales representative as well as the whole staff we dealt with was great. The sales experience was excellent and our representative made the process easy. Construction customer service representative was always right on top of everything. Superintendent was very nice. Construction Craftsmen all seemed to care and were easy to work with. Orientation professional made it easy to learn how to use the new equipment. Overall experience was pain free and done correctly in 3 weeks.
