Sales professional Michael Roberts is an absolute asset to shasta pools. He listened and took the time to give us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a shasta pool. Sales processing expediter was very professional and approachable, it was an honor to work and meet him. Construction customer service representative, Nina, was a great listener we loved talking to her. Our whole experience with the accounting department has been wonderful from start to finish. This is a company that does what they say will be done. Superintendent was there through every phase of the pool being built. We enjoyed working with Ron, everything that was said to be done was done and in a timely fashion. Construction craftsmen were always on time and everyone was friendly and knowlegable, thier skills proved the finished product. Orientation professional was great. Pool supply store professionals were a great help in testing our water. Everyone that has seen our pool loves it. There was never a lack of communication while working with shasta pool builders, it was a joy.
